The North Forest ISD Board of Managers approved the District’s rollback tax rate of 1.314339 for 2008 at its regular board meeting on Dec. 15.
The rate consists of $1.040050 for maintenance and operations and $.274289 for debt service.
With the failure of the recent tax referendum, the District had to officially adopt the rollback rate, which was used to build the 2008-2009 budget of about $59.6 million.
